  The view portal at the Interstices offers many a dazzling vision 

 sprawled out upon a screen sometimes in convincingly three dimensions 

 of spawning living bio-cities growing like cornucopia pitcher plants sprouting

dragonhide cacti in a multiplicity of forms spitting segments out onto the desert

to go crawling and scurrying off into the shadows disappearing in their hurrying 

 to populate the evening with their ever breaking form to drop through cracks

into the cellars and grow in darkness there only to uprise after the gestation period

is over so we can celebrate a new holiday this year.
